Criterion Software among the earliest to develop an enterprise class solution in Microsoft .NET platform

QuadGraphics is the third largest Printing company in North America, with offices in New York city and Milwaukee, WI, and production facilities spread over the US. QuadGraphics prints some of the best known magazines including Time, Newsweek, People, and catalogues for most Retailers including Victoria Secret, American Express, LLBean, etc.

QuadGraphics saw the inevitable transition of its industry from a mere printing company to Content Distribution and in early 2005 approached Criterion Software for developing a core enterprise software that will help make such a transition.

ImageMine is the outcome of this project and after 30 months, we are proud to have created the best-in-class Digital Asset Management solution that addresses the special needs of multimedia content creators and for content distribution.

Back in February of 2005, although it was still in Beta, Microsoft .NET 2.0 was the platform of choice. It has since been migrated to an SOA based solution in .NET 3.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 with Flex based RIA capability.

QuadGraphics is executing on its planned transition and ImageMine played a big part in their recent winning of the JCrew account from another established Printer.
